Does EvidencePack make me SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliant?

No. EvidencePack helps you collect and organise evidence. Certification requires an independent audit by an accredited auditor.

Do my issue descriptions or page bodies leave Atlassian?

No. EvidencePack stores only metadata and source URLs. See the privacy policy for the full list.

Why can't I download my export as a file?

Atlassian's Forge UI Kit does not have access to browser download APIs. EvidencePack renders the JSON, CSV, and Markdown artifacts inline; use your browser's select-all-and-copy. A Custom-UI download flow is on the roadmap.

How do I delete all EvidencePack data?

Uninstall the app from your Atlassian site — Forge automatically removes all stored data.
